Logline: Involved in a feud between her shape-shifting relatives and the Black Jaguar Cult from Tula, Mexico, an ill-fated artist, Leandre, must invoke a Toltec Warrior to dispel a diabolical scheme hell-bent on silencing her Soul forever.

Synopsis: Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods is the first book, second chapter, in the Seminal Being Trilogy. The personal mythological story is told from the perspective of a Toltec Warrior, Quetzal Hunahpu, as her soul accompanies Noelle Intaglio Leandre, on a spiritual journey during the Days of the Dead Festival, in 2015 AD. After several failed attempts to be initiated into the Toltec Secret Eagle Knight Council, Leandre is confined to a cave near Lake Patzcuaro, Mexico. In this otherworldly habitat, Leandre and Hunahpu are given only 24-hours to utilize The Art of Recapitulation—the Self-Correcting Principle—and transform her karmic debt by renouncing a spell an evil sorcerer, Smoking Mirror, had sent forth to their mutual Seminal Being Soul over a millennium ago.

Your Place In History Then And Now? "Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods is written from an ancient soul's point-of-view. The majority of the novel is told in narrative flashbacks. At some point during the Spring of 2010 AD, I accessed another aspect / attribute of my Seminal Being Soul / Godly Soul. I named this accompanied soul Quetzal Hunahpu—Sacred Bird, One Marksman Lord Eternal. By shifting my perspective to the intended outcome of Hunahpu, a female Toltec Warrior who lived during the 10th Century AD, I was able to discern the motivations of the characters in my semi-autobiographical story. Much of the novel is written in 'Imaginal-Vignettes®—mythopoetic scenes—that reinterpret ancient myths that are linked to my personal mythology (inspired by Joseph Campbell's 'monomyth', the hero's journey), through symbolic imagery (dreams) and implicit memory (insights)."
